Mr. Rock currently manages the Engineering Services Section at Rock Engineering & Testing Lab., Inc., which includes a professional staff of a P.E., laboratory director/E.I.T., project manager, construction materials manager, as well as technical and administrative support personnel.

In this role, Mr. Rock is responsible for project scope development, contracting, financial management and implementation for a majority of geotechnical engineering projects performed, as well as project management for geotechnical engineering projects.

Roetta Rock is the majority shareholder of Rock Engineering and Testing Laboratory, Inc.  Her primary role as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Rock Engineering includes all human resource managment, financials, and oversight of administrative personnel. 

Christopher A. Rock, P.E. is the Corpus Christi Branch Manager.  His primary duties include serving as Project Engineer for Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing projects and directing both laboratory and field operations.

Curtis Rock is Rock Engineering and Testing Laboratory, Inc.'s Business Development Manager.  His duties include marketing and proposals.

Mr. Kyle D. Hammock, P.E. is the Branch Manager of the San Antonio Office, and oversees all operations in San Antonio.  His primary duties include serving as Project Engineer for projects in San Antonio, human resources, and providing Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials test results to clients.
